Happy Holidays!

Thank you again to all children and parents for your hard work this term! You have done so well, and I have felt very lucky to work with such a lovely group of people for my first year of Primary Teaching. Thank you again for the beautiful and thoughtful gifts I have received; I really did not expect so many and I will treasure the cards and messages for a long time. Most importantly, have a wonderful break and fingers crossed that school is able to return to some normality in the new term.

Glenurquhart Primary is fantastic!

Learning Guidance 29th June 2020

This is the last learning guidance for this term! Well done to everyone! Home learning will have had a variety of challenges and these will have been different for you all, however you can now look forward to the Summer break, which I sure will be welcomed. Many thanks again for your hard work.

Learning Guidance w/b 15th June 2020

Hello to you all,

This week’s work has a different format. You can choose which Powerpoint to download, depending on you child’s stage in their learning.

The first file gives work for P2 which is Mild or Hot. It also gives work for P3 which would be Mild.

Please aim to spend a short amount of time reading for enjoyment each day, with a book of your choice.

This file gives work for P2 which is Spicy or for P3- Hot.

Google Meets P3 – 12pm on Tuesday 16th. P2 – 1pm on Tuesday 16th.

This week, I invite you to prepare one or two jokes to share with me and your classmates.

I look forward to seeing those of you who can make it tomorrow.

Maths Games

I have realised the overview still says that there will be games on Education City this week (this was last weeks work). The games for Maths this week can be found on the grid- they have not been assigned through Education City. Apologies for any confusion!

P3 Google Meet

This Tuesday, we will have a focus on sharing not only how we are feeling, but also a little bit about the hobbies that you enjoy. I wanted to let you know now, so you can have a think over the weekend; maybe you can think of two things you would like to say about your hobby, or you may want to share the range of different hobbies you are interested in! As always, there is no pressure and this is a suggested focus.

Look forward to seeing those of you who can make it.

Ms. Mackay.
